How do I order an item(s)?

Item(s) can be purchased online exclusively through our shop at Ruby Lane.  If you have any questions, please contact us first prior to checkout.  Payments are processed via PayPal, PLEASE make sure that your PayPal address is correct and confirmed; that is the address that item(s) will be shipped to, unless otherwise specified to Timeless Designs in writing.

How do I pay for an item(s)?

Timeless Designs accepts secure payment via PayPal in U.S. currency.

How much is Shipping & Handling?

All item(s) are shipped via USPS 1st Class (when possible).  If you chose a shipping method other than USPS 1st Class, shipping prices vary by carrier, please request a quote before purchasing if you are concerned about the shipping price.

How long will it take to get my purchase/order?

Depending on your shipping method and location shipping times will vary, especially during holidays.

How do I contact you with questions?

You can contact us anytime via email. In most cases we respond within 48 hours on normal business days; excluding holidays and weekends.

If I purchase a necklace, bracelet or earrings will there be a cost to shorten/lengthen?

There will be a charge for any requested work to a necklace, bracelet, or earrings.  Typically, the cost will include labor and any materials used to shorten or lengthen the item(s). Jewelry purchased can not be custom re-designed and is sold in the current state of the design.

How long will it take for any adjustments?

Depending on the availability of materials and work required, we typically will let you know the timeframe at the time of request.

Can I order a custom necklace, set or earrings?

All our jewelry designs are custom pieces; due to the nature of our business, we no longer accept custom order requests.
