PAYMENTS

Timeless Designs accepts secured payment via Paypal, the safe and secure payment option. Please contact us for any other payment method.

SALES TAX

For shipments made inside the state of Texas, sales tax of 0.0825% will be added to your purchase.

SHIPPING & ORDER PROCESSING
We ship every item securely packaged; each one comes in a gift box with our business card, a tag describing the stones used in the jewelry and a small card of how to care for your new jewelry purchase.

We process orders within 1-2 business days after receipt of your payment.  Shipping is First Class USPS (United States Postal Service, when possible) .  If you prefer another method of shipping or need an order rushed, please contact us before payment so that we can discuss the options.

Timeless Designs is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or damaged item(s); therefore we highly recommend shipping insurance. If you want to have insurance, please contact me so that I can add it to the invoice, prior to payment. 

Any orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to tax and fees upon the package entering the destination country. Timeless Designs is not responsible for said fees as it is the destination country that applies these fees, not Timeless Designs.

RETURNS
We strive to provide quality jewelry designs and excellent customer service. If a Return is desired, please contact us first and request a Return Authorization Number (RAN). A Return Request must be made within 7 days after you receive your purchase. Merchandise must be returned packaged in original containers with original packing, invoice and shipped from the customer within 3 days of receipt of the Return Authorization Number.

The customer will be responsible for the total cost of shipping returned merchandise.  The refunded amount (original merchandise cost only) will be credited to customer’s PayPal account within 14 business days after receipt of the returned merchandise.

RETAILERS, BOUTIQUE OWNERS & DEALERS
Timeless Designs welcomes inquires from galleries, boutiques, and specialty shops; this web site is an example of the work available.  Please contact us for pricing and further details.

CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom orders are welcomed and encouraged. Please contact us if you are interested in a custom piece. Please be aware that custom orders can take some time to complete; depending on the design chosen and availability of stones, findings and wire.

Please be aware that all Sales Items are sold “As Is” and are Nonreturnable, Nonrefundable and Nonadjustable.

PRIVACY POLICY

We never sell, rent, share, or otherwise compromise your e-mail address or other personal information in any way.  We do occasional send e-mails regarding new products, discounts or sales, or up coming shows.
